I am not sure what is going on with my code. I do know that if click on the header of an older post, when it comes up the text will not have the stike-through. I quickly looked through my template code and I can’t find the guilty tag, but I can see it in the souce code of the page. Anyway, I am aware of the problem and I am attempting to fix it.
Anyway, if you still care. I found this very interesting blog post about valid code and wordpress. The writer says, basically, garbage in garbage out. So maybe I am just writing garbage. I will have to investigate.

but I am guessing, you mean garbage input will only produce garbage output ..
Yup, I put in the garbage and out comes the garbage. And so it goes.
