Well I’ve never “Hired “one for my kids , BUT I did have them all my childhood 4-11…

Just ask for references and TOTALLY check them out, I mean a person should be proud of their credientials, not try to hide any thing, go with your Gut and Check them out Completely, weed out the good and bad and see how they would react to certain situations…email me if you have any questions
